In a previous post I mentioned that you need to be fully hydrated before you take your first medical vape hit.  You start out with one hit. Does Se Do has a CBN concentration of 6 percent.  This is very high as strains go.  Most Indicas are below 2 percent.  Pennywise (Indica Strain) has 15 percent.  (if the CBN content is 2% or above, take two hits.) Take your medicine right before bedtime, and when you are comfortable with your high (from a horizon couch or bed position), let you medicine put you to sleep.
